All inspections are covered by 90 day limited structural and mechanical warranty.

Mechanical and Structural Visual Inspection
Roof- leaks and wear
Attic- leaks and insulation quality and quantity, structural soundness, insufficient bracing
Exterior- damage, leaks, normal wear
Interior- windows, doors, unlevel floors, cracked ceilings
Electrical- outlet, switches, breaker box, light fixtures, ceiling fans, major appliances
Plumbing- leaks, functionality
Heat and air- duct work, filters
Crawl space/basement-structural, leaks
Radon test- radon gas odorless gas, deadly to those with respiratory problems
Termite inspection- visual inspection for termites and termite damage           
Water test- well and public water test for ecoli and other harmful bacteria
